What is a Temperature Sensor?

Temperature sensors transmit electrical information about the system’s temperature data to, for example, a monitoring room or controller, which adjusts the process in a predetermined manner. In gas measurement, the temperature sensor is used to provide the compensation and calculation unit with the actual temperature value, based on which the volumetric flow of gaseous media is converted to normal cubic meters, Nm3.

Our selection includes Pt 100 temperature sensors as well as thermocouples for industrial use. These can also be equipped with a transmitter (4-20 mA, Profibus PA, FF).
